My self-Mr. Vijaykumar R Zala and I have been in the cosmetics industry for more than 17 years, with rich experience in areas such as Research and Development, Quality Control, and Operations, and has worked with various labels such as Aquagel Chemicals Pvt Ltd (Now is now Hindustan Unilever group of company), Meso Pvt Ltd in Manufacturing Department. Thereafter I worked with Bajaj Herbals Pvt Ltd in R&D and then worked with Himalaya Drug Company as a Technical Officer in Personal Care Formulation Development and Ecotrail Personal Care (India’s first Halal care brand launched) as a Manager R&D

Currently, I have the responsibility of Assistant Manager, Formulation department at Mikasa Cosmetics (Division of Meso Private Limited), a specialist Contract Research and Development firm that specializes in Turnkey Services starting from Formulation and Packaging Development to Manufacturing and Delivering Cost-effective products.

I had done Master’s degree in Chemistry from Kuvempu University, Karnataka. I was actively involved as an industry expert and visiting faculty at Nirma University, Ahmadabad from 2014-2017.

I am giving free summer training to Cosmetology students under Mikasa Cosmetics (Division of Meso Private Limited).

I am writing articles on Cosmetics to increase the awareness of Cosmetic Research in INDIA

I am a Life Member of The Cosmetology Society of India and the Indian Society Of Cosmetics Chemists.
