People often have an argument related to alcohol and its effect. Some belief it to be too risky and some feel them out to be a cure for the disease. But, the still questions remain the same "Is alcohol consumption is good or bad for health?"

Definition:

Before proceeding here's a short and brief description of alcohol.

Alcohol is made up by the fermentation of yeast with sugar. It is used as a drug and present as the main ingredient in alcoholic drinks such as beer, vine, etc. which cause drunkness. Example - Vodka is made up of sugar present in potatoes, wine is made using up sugar in grapes, and so on.

Moving on further ahead with this, we will see about some benefits associated with it. Probably during research, it was concluded that consumption of a moderate amount of alcohol will be beneficial to you. It was said that consuming alcohol is not harmful to your health but it must be in limited quantity. Preferably, they said that 1-2 shots for women and 3-4 shots for men will give an effective result in our body. Let's have a brief glimpse of its effect on our bodies 

  • Consumption of alcohol during cold helps you to reduce your cold by 60%. 

  • Red wine helps you to burn your fat which would be useful for you in losing weight efforts.

  • There is the possibility that alcohol helps in reducing the risk of diabetes. 

  • It may also help in reducing ischemic stroke.

  • Tequila helps to lower down your calories.

  • Red wine increases the density of bone. 

  • During the research, it was concluded that moderate use of alcohol with an increased amount of antioxidants may help in reducing the risk of heart disease. 

  • Champagne boost up brain health as well as reduces the risk of dementia.

  • It helps you to enhance your cardiovascular health.

  • Research says that a moderate amount coof consumption of alcohol can lead to a longer life. 

Now, we will look out what if alcohol is consumed in a high amount. People weave habitat of consuming alcohol in large quantity are associated with the risk of: 

  1. It leads to certain cancer such as the mouth, throat, esophagus, liver and also leads to breast cancer as well. 
  2. People who are suffering from cardiovascular disease and indulges in habit of drinking alcohol at a high level may lead to a sudden death also.
  3. In certain cases, it might also lead to high blood pressure.
  4. The liver is mostly affected by the consumption of alcohol. Therefore, regular consumption of alcohol might lead to several types of liver disease.
  5. In some cases, it might lead to pancreatitis
  6. From regular consumption of alcohol, it leads to drunkness, and it might lead or the person meets with an accident or injury to their health. 
  7. It has a high risk associated with heart muscle damages. 
  8. It might also lead to cardiac arrest or heat stroke
  9. It might drain your brain and lead to damage. 
  10. It might lead to uneasiness and withdraw your thinking capacity. 

Conclusion:

Here we come across that consumption of alcohol in a moderate amount will help you with several benefits, while with regular consumption it may lead to several diseases or may also lead to death.

As per my thought, Drinking fermented beverages is good but every work should have a limit as to the consumption of alcohol too!
