Leadership traits for organizational success

Leaders with good leadership qualities result in an effective organization. It is said that "Leadership is key to the success of the organization". Let's get insight to see the role and importance of leadership.
Leadership is defined as the person who has the abilities to influence the peoples and endeavors them to work toward a common goal, concerning to achieve organizational objectives and goals with employee's satisfaction. Leadership traits are not enforced in any person it can be recognized through their behavior, attitude, influencing power, etc. Let's look over the qualities of a leader ahead.
Qualities of leader:
* A leader should have great influencing power, to make the workers work towards achieving the organization's goals.
* Must be intelligent. Convincing a large number of people requires a great IQ level to handle the questions and fluctuations of mind of every individual as per the requirement.
* Able to take risks. Every sort of risk is associated with the work is easily able to carry out by the leader. Concerning that, the leader should always be in front to face the risk associated with it.
* Possess good knowledge. A great knowledge, as well as experience, might help the leader to handle all situations in a smart way.
* Have great patience. This field requires the person to possess patience in them as if they need to handle a large number of people, striving them all to work toward a common goal is a challenging task for the leaders.
* Good speaker. To influence the employee, a leader must be a good speaker as well as expressive towards his/her work.
* Good listener. A leader must listen to their listeners to avoid any communication gap and create a free flow of communication in the organization.
* Able to educate the employees. As per the work requirement employees are provided with the training, leaders have should ensure that each employee can learn from the training and if not then, leaders should take initiative to educate their workers about the training and work associated with it.
* The organizational objective should be a priority for the leaders. Leaders together with the employees should work toward a common goal of the organization, which would help the organization to achieves its objective and goals.
* Hard-working and optimistic - A leader should be hardworking as well as positive towards any kind of work or opportunity.
* Should possess a friendly relation with the employees to avoid any kind of dispute in the organization. Workers should feel free to connect to them.
* Creative and innovative - The leader should be creative towards his working method which might engage workers a little more towards the work. Apart from that, he must be innovative which would help him easily to prove his leadership qualities among the workers.
* Should have proper communication with the seniors as well. To manage the work and its procedure leaders should also have a proper flow of communication to their seniors.

Below are the listed points about how leaders can maintain a healthy relationship in the organization. 

* Be a listener - Allow your workers to speak to avoid any kind of communication gap. 

* Encourage and welcome ideas - The leader must encourage workers to take part in various projects and provide their ideas and thoughts. A leader must welcome their thoughts by applying them in the scenario. 

* Specify the objectives - To drive them to work towards a common goal is to specify the objective of the organization clearly to them.

* Set expectations - Clarifying the roles and responsibilities to the employees will make the worker get engaged more towards their work.

* Educate the workers - The leader must look over the flaws and provide them special training required to enhance their work procedure.

* Must praise the workers - Leaders must provide feedback to their workers. It results in ineffective leadership.
