Mahindra Scorpio is one of those cars that has kept its footing hard in the SUV market. Although there are several variants in India for Mahindra Scorpio, still one of the best cars in all is Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11.

But why are we talking about Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11 today?

There are several reasons to do the same, but first we will have to understand why are we writing this article for Mahindra Scorpio in the first place, even though there is not any clear idea about its on road safety!

The reason being that Mahindra Scorpio Classic is not only a car but a moving emotion on wheels. There are several cars that have more features than Mahindra Scorpio Classic, even Mahindra Scorpio N has more features than the classic S11 one, still Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11 is one of the best cars in its segment.

For example, when we talk about Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11's Road Presence, it is one of the best, and it even beats Scorpio N for that matter. Plus, the rear wheel drive of this car gives a peppy experience while driving the same.

Since several years Mahindra Scorpio Classic has been with politicians, and police, and Singham has also added to its popularity a lot, therefore, it becomes one of the best cars to drive anywhere in the world.

Having said that, when you drive this car, there is automatically a sense of respect that this car gains from other cars because of its sheer size, and tall boy stance. Not only it is able to grab eyesight of people from all around, but it also performs good while driving.

I have experienced its suspension and really liked how it is used in Scorpio Classic S11, and is one of the best in the market, which helps in absorbing all the bumps and pot holes seamlessly and there is this feeling of ruggedness all around the place.

When you buy a Scorpio Classic S11, it is not only about purchasing a car, but a lifestyle symbol as well, because this is with what people start associating you with. Although, it is priced around 15 lakhs, and has less features, still people want to purchase it like anything.

Even if you go and try to buy a second hand Scorpio Classic, you will still get it for around 8 lakhs for an old model, and this is because maintenance of the car is also low as compared to luxury SUVs.

Still it never looks as if Scorpio is not at par to any other SUV. It is one of the best in class cars that provides awesome sitting area and posture.

But there are some drawbacks of using a Scorpio Classic as well, and most of them are around the features. For example,

        • We don't get 360 degree camera, which is one of the necessities of today as we have to park cars in tiny spaces because of ever increasing population and new cars entering the market.
        • Plus we also don't get a mobile charge point in the second row of the car, because of which charging phones on the go becomes one of the difficult tasks.
        • Having said that, we even don't get a good touch screen with apple play and there is only android auto from the company side while purchasing the car.
        • We don't get good number of bottle holders. To add to the issues, the glove box is also small in size.
        • We even don't get 6 airbags.

Still people want to buy Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11, and that is mostly because of its looks and the driving stance it gives while you are on the road. The sheer presence of Scorpio Classic S11 makes everyone at least look at the car and give it some side as well.

This makes it one of the best cars in the market, also because even though Thar has now arrived in Rear Wheel Drive and its price has come down, still accessing the second row for older passengers and kids is not as easy as it is in Scorpio Classic S11. This makes it even more likeable because it has height as big as Thar, and you feel as if you are the king of the road.

These all things make a really big difference while selecting a car and Mahindra Scorpio Classic S11 has done a great job in recapturing the market and basically is targeted towards people who want a bigger SUV and doesn't want any tech with the same. Just a simple car with great personality.

How to Take Better Care of Yourself: A Comprehensive Guide to Self-Care

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's all too easy to overlook one of the most important aspects of our well-being: taking care of ourselves. Self-care is not just a trendy concept; it's a vital practice that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In a world that constantly demands our attention and energy, making a conscious effort to prioritize self-care is essential for leading a balanced and fulfilling life. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore various aspects of self-care and provide actionable steps to help you take better care of yourself.

            Understanding Self-Care

Self-care refers to the deliberate actions we take to preserve, enhance, and restore our physical, mental, and emotional health. It involves recognizing and responding to our own needs in order to achieve a state of holistic well-being. Self-care is not about indulgence or selfishness; rather, it's about ensuring that you have the resources and resilience to navigate life's challenges.

            Physical Self-Care

            1. Prioritize Sleep: Adequate sleep is the foundation of good health. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your body to rest and rejuvenate. You can use several applications in Android and IOS that will help you achieve the same. I usually try to keep alarm after 8 hours of sleep. This ensures that I at least get 7 hours of sleep and hence I feel more refreshed each morning.
            2. Healthy Eating: Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Stay hydrated by drinking enough water throughout the day. This is because a healthy body contains a healthy mind. If you are not taking your portion of healthy nutrition, then you may always feel fatigued and also will not be able to complete your day to day activities efficiently, which will have a top to down affect on most of the activities that you carry out through out the day.
            3. Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity to boost your mood, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance your overall well-being. I usually wake up 5:30 AM in the morning and go for a walk, and try to complete 10,000 steps each day divided into 2 stages (morning and evening). Although sometimes I get less time to do the same still I try to manage and complete my 10,000 steps each day. Apart from this, I also practice kick boxing half an hour each day, which keeps my limbs more flexible. This all ensures that I am in the best shape possible throughout the year.
            4. Hygiene and Grooming: Taking care of your personal hygiene not only contributes to physical health but also boosts self-esteem and confidence. Apart from boosting confidence, it also makes you stand out in groups, because hygiene and grooming is better said than done. Someone has correctly said, "You can never overdress for an event", so whenever you are going outside or even staying at home, just ensure that you take proper bath each day and also follow good grooming ettiquates.
            5. Medical Check-Ups: Schedule regular medical check-ups to catch any potential health issues early and receive appropriate treatment. Especially after your 30s. Although young people also need regular checkups still if you have an active lifestyle and play sports with your family and friends 30 is what you can delay this process. But once you hit 30, you should start having regular medical sessions to get an idea about your body if everything seems fine.
            6. Mindful Movement: Incorporate practices like yoga, tai chi, or meditation to connect your mind and body, reduce stress, and improve flexibility. This helps in unwinding yourself and also gives a new paradigm to your thoughts and you feel more fulfilled and focused in life.

            Mental and Emotional Self-Care

            1. Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness involves being present in the moment without judgment. It can reduce stress and enhance emotional resilience.
            2. Limit Stress: Identify sources of stress and develop healthy coping mechanisms such as deep breathing, journaling, or engaging in hobbies.
            3. Set Boundaries: Learn to say no when necessary and establish clear boundaries to prevent burnout and protect your mental well-being.
            4. Engage in Activities You Enjoy: Dedicate time to hobbies and activities that bring you joy and a sense of accomplishment.
            5. Positive Self-Talk: Challenge negative self-talk and practice self-compassion. Treat yourself with the same kindness you would offer to a friend.
            6. Connect Socially: Foster meaningful connections with friends and family members. Social support is crucial for emotional well-being.
            7. Seek Professional Help: If you're struggling with your mental health, don't hesitate to reach out to a therapist or counselor.

            Nurturing Your Soul

            1. Practice Gratitude: Cultivate a daily gratitude practice to shift your focus toward the positive aspects of your life.
            2. Engage in Creative Activities: Whether it's painting, playing an instrument, or writing, creative outlets can be therapeutic and fulfilling.
            3. Spend Time in Nature: Nature has a calming and rejuvenating effect. Spend time outdoors, whether it's a walk in the park or a weekend hiking trip.
            4. Volunteer: Giving back to your community can provide a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
            5. Unplug: Take regular breaks from screens and technology to reduce digital overwhelm and reconnect with the real world.

            Building Healthy Relationships

            1. Communication: Foster open and honest communication in your relationships. Address conflicts and misunderstandings in a respectful manner.
            2. Supportive Circle: Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. Distance yourself from toxic relationships.
            3. Quality Time: Spend quality time with loved ones, nurturing your connections and creating lasting memories.

            The Importance of Rest

            1. Regular Breaks: Incorporate short breaks into your day to recharge and refocus. Avoid the trap of constant busyness.
            2. Leisure Time: Set aside time for leisure activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

            Conclusion

In a world that can be demanding and overwhelming, practicing self-care is not a luxury but a necessity. Taking better care of yourself involves a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By prioritizing self-care, you can build resilience, enhance your quality of life, and approach challenges with a clear and focused mind. Remember, self-care is not a one-size-fits-all concept – it's about finding what works best for you and making it a consistent part of your routine. So, start small, be patient with yourself, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care that will lead to a happier and healthier you.

Microsoft is one of the biggest brands in the tech industry.

Since our childhood, we have used Microsoft Windows and other applications of this organization and we have also seen the growth of Microsoft's DOS to Windows 11.

But recently Microsoft seems to be losing interest in making its own devices better. Maybe it is because of the reason that its leadership is more interested in AI-based research and other technological innovations, that they are not able to focus on one of the fundamental products which are its "Operating System".

                Having said that there are several reasons why Microsoft Windows seems to be outdated these days;

                1. Really bad application installers:
For ages, we have been using Microsoft Windows-based laptops and desktops, still installing an application always seems as if we need to be a computer expert to do so. The wizard-based application installer is not of much help either. For a common Windows user, either an application is easy to install or it is not possible at all.

                2. Bad files management system:
I don't know what Microsoft was thinking while making those folder trees that seem to be in-depth. The C: (C-drive) is one such place where nobody wants to explore anything because everything looks so messy. Even if someone gathered the courage to check out C-drive to find any issue in any application, it still takes ages to find specific program files.

Now people who love Windows will say that I am a newbie and that's why I am ranting about these things, but I have been using Windows since 1995 and still struggle through those drives.

                3. Bad Backups:
Recently Microsoft seems to have taken backups in One Drive, which is obviously limited and would require us to pay more for more storage, and to upload all the backups, we need to utilize our own bandwidth. It could have been as simple as Mac using its Time Travel feature in which we can backup everything in an external drive. Still, we need to have sophisticated software to do the same.

                4. Bad Memory Management and Storage:
Everything that we install on our PCs gets saved somewhere in C-drive, even if we have uninstalled that application. Over time it causes issues because our main memory is always filled after a certain time of use, and it also becomes difficult to install new OS updates like Windows 11.

Having said that, an application's files might not only be in program files but also sometimes under our username-specific folders. This creates confusion as to what needs to be removed and what does not. Also, keyboard, printer, and mouse drivers are installed. Over the last few years of use, I have gathered around 13 GB of driver data from the use of a Keyboard, printer, and mouse, which obviously hinders the performance of the computer and it is difficult for a not-that-tech guy to get rid of those memory eating software or drivers.

But why is this happening with Microsoft Windows?
Technology has always moved from complex to simpler versions.

Initially, we had Android and Mac devices that had a few complex interfaces, but as time passed by, these devices upgraded themselves with a more simple design and interface.

The same didn't happen with Windows devices. Most of the software that was built for Windows devices was heavy and resource intensive. Similarly, the computers that we currently use that are running on the Windows operating system, although very useful, still they are more complex to understand and operate rather than using a Mac or Android device.

Now I am not saying that Android or Macs can overnight change the demography and dominate the tech market, but if the updated trajectory of Windows remained the same, I think other operating systems will overtake Microsoft in this race, and we can already see issues that have started to creep into Windows-based applications.

We can see there are issues with VBA that were once being used in several MS Office software, but now there is software that are providing a better interface and coding ability to deploy web applications. Collaboration has always been difficult in Microsoft Office Applications. On the other hand, Google Sheets and other software have made it much easier to collaborate as a team.

Still saying that Microsoft Windows will fade away will not be correct because Microsoft as an organization will be having some plans for the same. But it is obvious that Microsoft seems to be losing interest in updating Windows to be more efficient platform as per my views.
