Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools, are one of the famous brands in India. It is part of The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, which translates into "Central School Organization".

It is a system of Central Government Schools in India established under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. As of 2023, it has approximately 1000+ schools in India, and three abroad in Kathmandu, Moscow, and Tehran. It is one of the world's largest chains of schools and the largest chain of schools in India controlled by 25 Regional Offices and 5 ZIETs (Zonal Institute of Education and Training) under KVS (HQ).

Kendriya Vidyalaya School fees are one of the lowest and several people around India also want to send their kids to Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools, because of which there is a lot of competition in the school.

I am a pass out of KV Bantalab, which is based out in the Jammu region.

Kendriya Vidyalaya School fees were decent and for single girl children, it was free. I need to confirm if they are adhering to this policy today or not.

Initially, when students were admitted, they usually did it from lower sections, and at that time when I was admitted to KV School, in 3rd grade, our fee was around 50 rupees if I am not wrong, and when we reached 12th class, our fee was around 600 INR per month, which is far less than what is usually charged by private schools in India.

What is special about Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools?
One of the best things about being part of Kendriya Vidyalaya School is that you are able to get exposure to people from different states of India, and hence it is also sometimes termed as Mini-India.

I still remember having friends not only from Punjab, but from Bhopal and Karnataka, although we never used to ask for their states as we as kids believed everyone is from Jammu only and they used to have their villages.

During Summer Vacations, every single friend of mine used to say that I am going to my village which was obviously some other state in India and I used to think why isn't there a village that I can go to?

It is one of the amazing places to study, because you usually see people from all walks of life which expands the vision and overall thinking of the students that are studying there. Also, a sense of belonging is what people get when they are part of a school system like that of Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Many people come to the blogging industry thinking that all their issues will get resolved and they will be able to make lots of money by writing a couple of blogs.

Well, it is simple to think like that because we just have to write blogs, get a couple of people to read them and viola, money starts pouring in.

This is the worst part of blogging, and that is getting traffic on your websites.

This is also where most bloggers bury their dreams and they start losing their focus.

Blogging is not a get-rich-quick scheme
We have to understand this reality.

You will not start earning money even after 2 years of the hardship of writing articles, promoting them, and asking people to comment on your website.

Several factors determine if you are going to get paid because of your hard work or not, and we need to understand all factors that affect your earnings.

I will try to explain it in the easiest way possible.

            What is a Blog?
A blog is a web page or website on the internet, that provides you with some information.

How do blogs get ranked in search engines?
Blogs get ranked or indexed in search engines because of their keywords or what is written on those web pages or websites that we are referring to as blogs.

            How do we search blogs?
We search for information on search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, etc.

            Now here is the magic that happens;
When you search for some information on search engines, then these search engines provide you with content that is best as per your search intent.

That's why you see several search results on google or yahoo search.

For example, if you search for "thewiki Network" on google. Google will check for keywords and links in its directory that represent "thewiki Network", and show them on the first page of the search results.

            This seems simple right?

But the issue occurs when the same article is written by 1000s of different bloggers. For example, if you will search for "Cosmetics" on Google, you will get thousands of blogs on this keyword, which makes it difficult for a new blog to compete on this particular keyword because of the quality content and the trust that those blogs have made with Google.

On the other hand, if you have created a blog on "How is Svetlya Anukudinova washing her clothes in Moscow in a windy season?"

In the above case, Google will have only one search result and that is the one that you have submitted, hence your article will be on the top forever.

This is also because no one wants to write how I am washing clothes in a windy season at my location.

Now, this doesn't mean that you can write anything on the internet and you will earn money.

You will have to understand that all the articles that represent me and revolve around me are only attracting a few people who search for my name online, and that may include me and my family members, and no one else.

On the other hand, everyone wants to know what Kylie Jenner ate this morning, therefore more people are writing about the same.

What did we learn about blogging now?
One of the best things that we learned because of the above story is that we have to write something unique on the internet, and then also it should be of interest to a large group of people around the world.

            If your article adheres to the above two standards then you will get traffic. I will reiterate those two points below;

            1. Your Blog or Article should be Unique
            2. It should be of interest to a huge number of people around the world

This is not possible for most of the content that we create these days because most of the topics are already covered.

And this is why bloggers are not able to make money fast using blogs.

Because people around the world have already created content on the topics that mostly all new bloggers choose to write about, it becomes difficult for anyone to get a fair share of exposure on search engines.

And because you are getting less traffic on your blog, therefore, you will not be able to make that much amount of money by writing blogs.

So, what is the way to make money using blogs?
There is only one way to make money using blogs, and that is to be consistent with what you are doing, and that is "blogging" itself.

Whenever you start a blog, just assume that you are doing it for your passion, and be motivated to do the same for at least 3 to 5 years. This is the time period that one needs to make their blog visible and attractive to search engines and people around the world.

Several people may say that we can make your blog famous and you will earn a good amount of money within 1 or 2 years, and that is just a lie.

Those two years are created with hard work of at least 3 years.

            This hard work will involve;

            1. Creating Quality Blogs
            2. Continuous Promotion using Email, Social Media, Push Notifications, and many more
            3. SEO of your website
            4. Paid Promotions
            5. Conferences
            6. Meet-Ups, and much more,

This is because blogging or writing articles is just one side of the whole story. Another side involves the way you create your brand. You should have a connection with your readers and people who admire you.

They are not your fans, but your bread and butter, who trust you with the work you do and give you continuous feedbacks, which you should take and work on carefully.

If you are able to follow these steps, you will definitely be able to not make money fast by blogging for sure make money from blogging.

One thing before leaving you with any thoughts.

It's motivation and consistency for 3 to 5 years that help you get to a position where you start earning huge sums of money by blogging.

Having said that, create a blog and start writing your thoughts, and also let me know if you are able to achieve success in your life after some time.

And one more thing, even if you have started earning money after 1 year of blogging using Adsense or some other ad network, you will only be able to make a fraction of the amount. This is the same for everyone, because making money online is not that easy, but is definitely possible.
