Success is merely a feeling, where someone who thinks he is successful and someone who is not able to have that satisfaction and is not able to come to the terms with himself or herself feels unsuccessful.

When we talk about success, we imagine people like;

1. Business man
2. Movie Stars
3. Celebrities
4. Politicians, and
5. Influencers, etc.

This is quite astonishing to see that people feel as if the ones that are not famous are not successful. But one should understand that successful people are actually selfish. Let me tell you how;

• They work hard on their skills.
• They work late in the evening or even burn the midnight oil.
• They don't get along with everyone they meet. They have a very small number of people that they trust.
• They won't help you if you ask for help, because they know that their time is precious and they can't lose it by helping someone else.
• They do things to show their generosity.
• They will never give money without any reason.

And this is perfectly fine because successful people have to spend their time and resources on the work that they like and they are passionate about. This is important to understand that no one can actually become successful without being selfish and without focusing on their passion.

I have seen over the years that people have formed community WhatsApp Groups that they perceive as a company. They say that they want volunteers to come for an event, and when no one shows up at the end. They say that we will have to take serious steps. Brothers, you take all your serious stems and please don't invite anyone.

Good deeds don't need volunteers. If you want to work on your idea or passion, do it without expecting anyone to help.

I still remember, when we used to purchase food supplies for the needy during covid 19 pandemic, no one came to help, and we never forced anyone to help. Similarly, for blood donation, charity, and other work, we have taken those out on our own, because we were passionate about helping people, and never cared if we are getting volunteers or not.

But some of the so-called "group managers or admins", who consider themselves CEOs of the company want their employees to work everywhere. Keep your bossy nature in your office, and let people work.

On the other hand, people who actually do the work are like superheroes. They don't want to show their face because they know they will be criticised every time, even if they are doing good work, but they will be charged for something that was not their fault at all.

So, it is always better to be successful and satisfied rather than showing off as a bunch of people that are worth nothing.
