Job Description:

• Set objectives for the HR operations team and track progress
• Monitor internal HR systems and data governance
• Review and approve or modify budgets
• Design and implement company policies
• Monitor key HR metrics
• Act as a consultant to BPs and leaders regarding policies and procedures
• Ensure timely completion of background verification of onboarding employees.
• Reporting of the BGV status on a weekly basis
• Ensure all mandatory data is available in the HRMS.
• Conceptualizing the HR help desk for centralized query management.
• Building the knowledge base for HR help desk
• Timely submission of payroll inputs with 100% accuracy and on time as per the schedule.
• Onboarding document administration and employee life cycle document management
