Makeup Looks may be defined as a way of using or putting on makeup on your body. 

There are several different Makeup Looks or Ideas that one can use these days. Different people have different tastes and makeup looks or ideas also depend on the region you are from.

Other factors that might affect makeup looks are;

• Demography
• Geography
• Culture, etc.

For example, if you are from the United States, you might have seen stricter laws with regards to skin whitening creams. On the other hand, if you are from some Asian country, there are still some laws to come into power to regulate skin whitening creams or to even market them.

Having said that, one can also see how history repeats itself when we talk about makeup looks. There was a time when men used to keep beards, and recently in past, there was a time when there was a movement to ask men to clean shave.

It actually became a trend at that time. But now, we can again see that men are asked to keep beards and get hair short.

I too have got my hairs did in a way, in which I have kept my hairs short on sides and full on my head. Also, I try to keep my beard in shape these days. This ensures that my beard gives a more masculine look to my jawline.

Several makeup looks are getting popular these days. I will try to segregate them as per men and women below.

Men

1. Bearded Look with short hairs: These days there is more beard look that is becoming popular. Men are keeping their hairs short on sides and then trying to keep the beard in such a way that it looks like it is separated from sideburns.

   The kind of This look of professional and corporates are also fans of this look. This is because it looks a bit tidier and hygienic.
   Also, this look is something that several institutes are also fine with. This is because most of the schools and colleges might have strict rules with regards to beards and hair. And most of them ask for shorter hairs.
   Therefore, students get the best of both worlds - beautiful hairstyle and beard as well.
   There is again one thing to understand. Because Army also has norms of short hairs like these, therefore it looks more masculine as well. Hence, this look is getting popular these days in 2021.
2. Shaving Head and Keeping Beard: Some people have issues concerning hair loss, because of which they might feel uncomfortable. But these days there are several people in the film industry and even several social media influencers, who are confident in the bald look and sometimes deliberately shave their heads and keep beards.
   
   As you can see in the above pic, this also looks really awesome on men. Now there is no need to get your hair transplants and suffer because of complications. You will look good even without hairs on your head.
   Doloseoose confidence, it's a natural thing, and most people actually lose hair when they grow old. One needs to understand that hair loss is not a great issue, and you can use your beard to get awesome looks.
3. Skin Blemishes Reducing Creams: As cosmetics are growing on a day-to-day basis, men have also started using creams that help them get rid of blemishes because of pollutants in the atmosphere.
   
   Men not only have started using creams but several kinds of oils and serums as well. These creams and serums or even oils can be of several benefits. For example, to safeguard from harmful sun rays, to get rid of blemishes and serums or oils to enhance beard growth as well.
4. Makeup looks and cosmetics in show biz: Show biz has always influenced makeup looks. Some examples are the use of hair dyes and creams to moisturize skin. Several influencers use moisturizers and blemishes reducing creams, which usually influence men worldwide.
   
   Several people even start using beard growth oils, etc to ensure that they can look like their favorite superstar.

Women

1. HD Makeup Look: There was a time when only women in showbiz used makeup or cosmetic products. But these days, everyone is using these cosmetics. HD makeup looks are in trend these days. 
   
   This is because everyone is on social media platforms and also in front of cameras. Therefore, women are going towards HD Makeup Looks as well. Initially, it was a choice, but slowly, these cosmetic products are becoming a necessity.
2. Use of Bridal Makeup Look: There was a time when only brides used to have bridal makeup look, but now the trend has changed, girls have started using bridal makeups for traditional programs as well.
   
   There might be a different attire in your area, but bridal makeup is always time-consuming. Many professionals charge 15,000 INR to 50,000 INR per makeup session. This is again to understand that women are using bridal makeup looks for several traditional functions as well. This has again become important because we have moved to a more materialistic world, and to keep up to the pace, one needs to stay updated as per trends going on.
3. Old Hair Styles: Many times trends are also repeated, and this time it has started repeating from the golden era. When we are talking about the golden era, we are talking about several hairstyles, that used to be elegant.
   
   There can be different hairstyles, that women use, but historical hairstyles, that were promoted by 80's films, have become popular again. This might be because these days we are so much into technology, that we want to be a part of our past as well.
   Whatever be the reason, hairstyles have become much more beautiful when we see them today.
