Curd is a component of dairy products. It is an anti-bacterial ingredient that helps to eradicate skin and health problems. Curd has inflammable properties to fight skin-related problems like acne, dryness, breakouts, and sebum. 

Benefits of curd:

  • Improves digestion: Curd can kill the bacteria in the guts and makes the digestion system healthier.
  • Reduces appetite: The high amount of protein content present in the curd makes us feel full and we do not have cravings for unhealthy foods.
  • Reduces the risk of cancer: Curd has anti-carcinogenic properties which are known to protect the body from such dangerous diseases.  
  • Reduces wrinkles and acne: As time goes, skin started to show signs of aging. You can combat it with the curd. The lactic acid present in curd helps to get rid of dead skin and tighten the pores to have acne-free skin. You can apply curd and honey scrub on weekly basis to get the result superfast.  you can also just massage your face with curd daily to keep it moisturized. 
  • Tame frizzy hair: In summers your hair gets dry and frizzy. to tame that problem you can just apply curd to regain its texture and makes them more healthy. The cooling property of curd helps to soften the hair makes them shinier. take about 2 spoons of curd into a bowl. add aloe vera and coconut oil to make a smooth paste. apply this mixture and rinse it off with lukewarm water. 
  • Reduces hair fall: Using curd to hair can also reduce hair fall due to its nourishing property. For this take two spoons of curd into a bowl, add honey and onion juice to it. leave it for an hour and rinse it. this helps to reduce hair fall.   
  • Strengthen Bones: Curd is loaded with calcium. Curd promotes strong bones due to calcium and vitamin 3 which helps in the formation of bones.
