Job Description:
- Experience of creating dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders, and accurate data entry & maintenance by utilizing a number of HR systems such as SuccessFactors
- Experience of pattern and trend identification in large data sets
- Experience in data integration and data governance practices, and familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Experience in developing client-oriented solutions, with an emphasis on creativity & diligence
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data.
- Experience with headcount capacity planning and/or HR Operations.
- Experience working with US stakeholders would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data analysis to Business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent business acumen and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate data and analysis into business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality work product under time constraints.
- Prioritize and work effectively in an environment with competing demands.
- Proven interpersonal & collaborative skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, motivated to undertake projects as needed without extensive direction.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while also working collaboratively with others in a team environment.
What You'll be responsible for?
- Apply your expertise in data analysis & insights and summarize in the form of presentations and dashboards that can be shared with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, talent management and other areas critical to business outcomes.
- Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other business workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.
- Lead development of new analysis to drive data-driven recommendations and diagnose root cause issues. Partner cross-functionally to develop automated solutions at scale.
- Be a thought leader and drive positive change by challenging the status quo.
- Work with HR and company data to identify the most valuable themes and stories to help our leaders improve their culture and business outcomes
- Lead market data analysis through research of industry policy and compensation trends, market surveys and other high-tech data sources.
- Lead the annual benchmarking process for all broad-based roles by comparing compensation against industry peers to advise decision making.
- Review HR system transactions to spot any data integrity issues and recommend adjustments to audit procedures or extra user training to troubleshoot.
- Develop a full and detailed understanding of HR data available across the firm to be to then be able to extract from all systems and consolidate data into meaningful metrics, reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain simple to complex reports and provide support for existing reports in HRIS systems.
- Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement action plans for improvement in the data sets and reports utilized by the department.
- Foster critical working relationships with HR, external client groups and associated functional work-teams.
- Support firm with RFP needs as it relates to HR qualitative and quantitative needs.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and HR reporting via professional associations and training. Incorporates best practices, reporting and dashboards into the Firms HR strategic initiatives.
