Today is 14th September 2023 ! It is a black day in the history of Kashmiri Pandit Community,as it is on this day in 1989, the terrorists killed the first kashmiri pandit, a popular kashmiri pandit leader Shri Tika Lal Taploo in old Srinagar city.
