Simple HRIS System for organizations

    Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is software that provides a centralized repository of employee master data that the human resource management (HRM) group needs for completing core human resource processes.

    It helps in maintaining the Employee Database with data consisting of names, employee ids, addresses, PAN, Aadhar, Bank Details, ESIC Details, or Insurance Details.

    This is important because, employees require these details on a day-to-day basis, and as an HR, you should have access to the same.

    Here we have created an HRIS system for you, which you can download and use.

    There are several modules created and others are in progress. Below is a brief about the same;

    1. Employee Data Management System

    As you can check in the above image, you can actually use this HRIS system to maintain employee data. Now there is no need for you to maintain long excel sheets.

    This can be used to store data like Bank Details, Employee Details, and Security Numbers.

    2. Exit Analysis

    As you can check on the above screen, you can actually use this system to update Exit Details, and use it for a simple exit analysis.

    It will give you an idea about Tenure Wise Attrition, Department Wise Attrition, Demography Wise Attrition, and even with respect to which companies are poaching your employees as shown in the below image,

    You can even use it for getting an idea about the reasons for leaving, and if what Manager is saying is tallying with employees' reasons or not.

    Having an HRIS system in place helps in a lot of things, and there can be several other modules that one can add, like Payroll, Attendance Tracking, etc. These all modules automate the HR processes, and HR professionals focus more on strategic thinking.
