Job Description:
Creating Org & People Dashboard for IDC Org and for other business specific orgs.
Periodic Executive Presentations to the Senior Leadership team to showcase India progress and share the
success stories
Analysis on the trends of staff churn and working with the domain leaders to help them make decisions
Provide consultation to IDCHR managers and associates on HR activities
Preparing Headcount, movements and attrition report on monthly / quarterly / adhoc basis.
Partnering with IDC HR team during Annual review by providing different analysis by comparing data with
previous years annua review data
Analysing the Annual Organisational Poll results at the business unit level to understand the pulse of the
employees and take corrective measures where necessary
The HR Associate is accountable for executing the HR Plan for an assigned organization, under the direction of the IT HRD.
Supports the successful delivery of HR programs and processes for the assigned organization.
Supports elements of talent planning and management for the client / business, in fulfillment of the HR Plan, under the direction of the HRD Talent Management.
Builds knowledge of Microsoft and HR policies and regulations, as well as local workforce laws with in assigned organization.
Acts as a liaison to Central Reporting and HR Operation Teams and contracts needs of the HR team in a collaborative manner.
