Travel T-Shirts

image

I was going through my Facebook account when I came across a post with the Traveller T-Shirt.

This seems to be a cool concept.

When you are at a place where you don't know the language, it can come in really handy. I can give you a good example of its usability.

I hail from Jammu & Kashmir and have completed my graduation in Chandigarh, then I shifted to Lonavala for Job. Although the change of languages never bothers me, having a shirt with these symbols can really make it easy for someone traveling across states or even out of the country.

I realized this when I shifted to Hyderabad, where there was a considerable language barrier.

Even to a state where I have to go, I had to take out google translator again and again. It would have been easier for me to point on a symbol.

Is it actually useful?
Well, one can say that Google Translator is a better way to communicate, but when something like this is handy, they most probably can use it.

And during a pandemic, when your time is the most precious thing that you have, you don't actually want to spend more time on the road.

Many people are at their home, because of which it becomes easy for them to communicate in their immediate neighborhood, but when you are in a different country, yes, it becomes much easier to ask for help or at least to tell the cab driver to leave till the airport.

Let me know your views on this. Do you think this concept is practical?
