How do Billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg protect themselves against kidnapping or assassination?

In 2019, Mark Zuckerberg made $28,538 per minute. Facebook's co-founder's net worth is around $102 billion.

If you work in the US for 8 hours a day at a minimum wage, it will take you 6.5 million years to reach the wealth of Bill Gates. This is the reality of the money that billionaires have.

With more money, these billionaires have more problems. They have to keep their money safe. They have kept their family members safe. Along with all this, they must keep their own life safe.

When it comes to keeping their money safe. They can store their money in various places. They put part of their money in a savings bank account that they need for their day-to-day life. Most of their money is invested in the market. They put their money in the stock market and hold their money for the long term. They invest their money in starting their own company.

For Example, Elon Musk put his money behind his company like SpaceX and Tesla. Warren Buffet founded his company, Berkshire Hathway.

With the money they have, they use it to buy more companies. Not only in buying more companies they invest their money in real estate.

The more money you have, the more chances of losing it.

As of 2020, according to the Forbes List of World's Billionaires, there are a total of 2,095 billionaires. Of these, 2,095 billionaires, few receive massive media attention.

Billionaires who get so much media attention may have more problems because of it. They must ensure that their safety is not compromised at any cost. Some of these billionaires include Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Zack Dorsey, Sundar Pichai, and Tim Cook.

These steps are taken by different companies to ensure the safety of billionaires:

1. Hiring Body Guards:

Most of these billionaires are founders and CEOs of large tech companies. For these companies, their CEO is the most important person in the world.

These companies will invest as much as possible to protect their CEO from any physical threat. These companies hire a firm to take care of the security of all the important people in the company.

They don't care how much money it will cost to keep their employees safe. These companies pay millions of dollars to the firm to protect their most important employees. The firm then hires bodyguards for these CEOs and founders.

These bodyguards are present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to help these billionaires.

Whenever these billionaires visit somewhere for a public or private gathering. These bodyguards are always present. Even if someone wants to kidnap, they cannot reach directly to these billionaires. No one could even communicate with these billionaires unless they want to communicate with you.

These are not normal bodyguards that are present around them. They are highly trained people. Even if you try to do something mischievous with these billionaires, these guards will catch you. Once someone is caught doing some problem, then the real trouble begins for them.

These guards fact-check everything that comes around these billionaires in public. These guards are paid more than six figures of salary each year.

If there is any possibility of kidnapping and murder of these billionaires, these bodyguards will sacrifice their lives for them. They are fully motivated, trained, incentivized, and full of energy, which makes them deadly.

2. Vigilance:

Billionaires don't trust anyone when it comes to their protection and safety. They know that money can drive anyone crazy.

They understand that all those bodyguards that are available work for money. If someone is willing to give these bodyguards more money, they can do anything. They can help anyone kidnap these billionaires. These bodyguards can also help anyone murder these billionaires.

They understand that whoever is available in their life could create big problems for these billionaires. So these billionaires try to keep a check on everyone available around them.

How do they monitor the people around them?

They hire a private surveillance agency. These agencies have investigative officers. Agents are paid $200 to $300 an hour to monitor the people around billionaires. These officers investigate the bodyguards. If they find out that these bodyguards are not working properly or they talk to strangers for a couple of days.

These officers report to the authority in charge of the firms that have hired them. These officers don't just control the bodyguards of billionaires.

They watch over the billionaire's girlfriend, boyfriend, friends of their spouse, friends of the children. They supervise all the people with whom billionaires share their day-to-day life.

3. Home security system:

Suppose you are the next 2096 billionaire. You want to make sure your family stays safe.

How would you do that?

To keep your family safe, you will make sure your home is fully protected. As a billionaire, you have multiple houses. A house may be present in the city, the second present next to a beach, the third in a different city. As a billionaire, you want to keep all your homes safe.

You will spend millions of dollars to keep your home bulletproof. You will ensure that your home is protected from any type of nearby explosion. So before you build or buy any real estate, you will make sure of these two things.

You never want to sacrifice your life because of the poor quality of the home you bought.

Once you can make sure your home is bullet and bombproof, you must make sure that no one except your family can enter the rooms. You want to make sure that no one can access your room.

You can only do this with biological characteristics that cannot be easily copied. To do this, you need a biometric access control system. It will make sure that your bedroom door cannot be opened without your fingerprint. With the fingerprint losing its charm, you will want to start using pupil scanning. You can also use a face scanner.

These billionaires invest thousands of dollars in the home security system.

It is not like billionaires are only protected in their homes. They are also protected in water and air. Billionaire's own yacht. They spend time on their yacht during their vacations. They spend a lot of money on the safety of their yacht. Their yacht is guarded by trained guards. These guards protect the yacht from any pirates. Even if pirates can get to their yacht to get on the yacht, they have to face these highly trained guards.

Billionaires own aircraft. These aircraft consist of a missile defense system. Even if someone fires a missile at these planes. This missile will automatically deviate from its path. This missile will never be able to hit the billionaire's planes.

4. Bunkers and Secret Paths:

The homes of billionaires are guarded and protected. Even if someone known to the billionaires has to go through a security check. If someone wants to assassinate these billionaires if he somehow enters their house. These billionaires have also arranged for those purposes.

Their house consists of safe bunkers in which they can go and hide. The bunkers are so strong that even if an asteroid hits them, they will not break. Inside these bunkers, there is plenty of food available to survive for months.

Also, their houses have secret paths. These paths are known only to billionaires and their families.

Not All Maintain High Security

There are some billionaires who get a lot of media attention. Those who receive so much attention maintain high security.

Many billionaires are not well known. You may not have even heard of these billionaires. They don't need a lot of security. They always keep a low profile.

In our world, there are other industries besides technology such as real estate, manufacturing goods, and others. Billionaires also belong to these industries and never get the attention of the media.

No media attention and no threats. No threats mean less security.
