Hair care cosmetics include cleansing (e.g., shampoos), treatments (e.g., rinses, hair treatments), Hair Styling Preparations (e.g., hair mousses, hair liquids, pomades, permanent waves, hair colors, and bleaches).
Other products in the group include hair growth promoters, hair tonics, and scalp treatments.
Oral Care Cosmetics primarily includes toothpaste and mouthwashes.
Fragrances are mainly used on the body, but sometimes on the scalp hairs and ear lobes. Typical fragrance cosmetics are perfumes, but there are also Eau-de-colognes, made by varying the amount of fragrance used.
