How to spend your weekend awesomely?

After a stressful and long week at work, college, or school, the weekend is just what you need to refresh and recharge yourself for the next week. If you have properly thought out your weekend, it can be more relaxing and you will feel awesome.

Below are the steps to your awesome weekend;

  1. Fridays are the starting of the weekend: Even if your office is 6 days, like in different parts of the world, you can start with Fridays as your planning day for the weekend. 

    This will help you set your mood for the weekend, and you will like the process of charting out your itinerary as well.

    It is also important because Fridays usually last very short, and you need to ensure that you have utilized them to the fullest.

    And to the ones, who have 5 days working, relax in the evening by reading your favorite book or watching an awesome movie either by yourself or with family. Bring in some chips and coke, and also enjoy some time with yourself.
     
  2. Check out your Social Media Networks: Work-life can play with your social interactions, especially if you are working from home.

    I have been working from home since the start of this pandemic and I had issues with spending time on networking platforms, as I was always occupied with work, and work. Sometimes official work, and sometimes homework.

    You will love to explore and keep in touch with friends about what they are up to on the weekend. You can also plat a get-together with your friends. For example, I have more than 2000 friends on one of the social media networks, so whenever I don't know what to do on a weekend, I usually ask by posting on the website itself, and people start responding with plans, which is awesome, because it adds a bit of spontaneity into what you are going to do, and also this is what social media websites were meant to be - a place for networking.
     
  3. Wake up refreshed on Saturday morning: Take your time to wake up if you don't have any plans to go out. It's just awesome to lay down on the bed, even after the shift hours.

    This is your weekend, spend some time relaxing, and then go for a bath. Take a hot shower if it's cold, and vice versa, and have an awesome breakfast. 
     
  4. Get dressed and head north: Once you had enough of sleeping and laying down, and a delicious breakfast on Saturday morning, get dressed up with an awesome dress or the dress that you like most and head towards the plan that you made on Friday evening.

    It is better to do all these things before 11 AM to enjoy the rest of your day. 

    I usually go out on my bike and cruise through highways and explore new restaurants and outlets to have awesome lunch. This helps me enjoy my life without the fear of my past or my future, as the bike's sound makes our soul roar on the road.

    You may also go with your friends shopping or just on a date maybe. Or spend some time with cousins, exploring new areas of the city. I have done it a lot. We were 4 cousins and used to explore our city on two bikes.
     
  5. Go and Meet Your Family: It's great to spend time with family, so include them in your plans and secure some time in your calendar and I'm sure they will be pleased to meet you.
     
  6. Spa treatment on Saturday Night: You can surprise your body by giving a spa treatment on a beautiful Saturday evening. Also, don't forget to play your favorite song to accompany you.
     
  7. Hang out with your friends: It's the time of the week when you can go out and have fun with your friends. Maybe have a beer and chill at the pool cafe. Discuss your next big project and enjoy each other's company.
     
  8. Here comes Sunday: As you have already planned, Saturday Night Full Tight was the quote, but on Sunday try to complete all your tasks, and spend the whole day spending time with family and watching movies.

    It's always fun to spend some evening time outside, having a hot coffee with someone you love. 

    Discuss and Introspect your future projects and your plans, with your close friend or someone special. Make new plans for next week or the coming holiday time.

Conclusion;
It's always refreshing to start your day by making your bed, and this should be the first thing that you do every morning.

This is because, when you make your bed, you start doing something in the morning, and this is the first task of your day that is completed, and even though your day may not be how you planned, you will still have a bed made for yourself when you come back on a hectic weekend, and that will be like a gift to your soul.
