Garlic Oil is a volatile oil derived from garlic. It is usually prepared using steam distillation, and can also be produced via distillation using ether. Garlic is renowned across the globe for its several health benefits and disease-fighting properties.

Benefits for Skin:
Garlic has antifungal properties that help treat Candida, Malassezia, and dermatophytes. One can use mildly heated garlic oil on the affected area once a day for a week and see the change.
