In modern and fast life, where we don't have time for taking proper care of our skin health, our skin often becomes dull and dry. The factors like sun damage and stress accelerate the signs of aging and really affect our confidence. This is what you need to invest time and effort to stay healthy and can prevent such damage.

Yoga and exercise are not only great for your heart, lungs, and mental outlook but also for your skin. Exercise regularly is key to healthy skin. Doing any exercise that promotes healthy circulation also helps to keep your skin healthy and vibrant.

If you're suffering from dermatological conditions such as acne, rosacea, or psoriasis, you may need to take special care to keep your skin protected while exercising. But don't let skin problems prevent you from being active. Here's why.

Exercises increase blood flow, it helps to nourish skin cells and keep them vital. Blood supplies oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin. Blood flow also helps to carry away waste products, including free radicals, from working cells. By increasing blood flow, a couple of exercises helps flush cellular debris out of the system.

Exercises also relieve your stress, by reducing stress, it can improve some skin conditions and manage their symptoms. Conditions that can enhance when stress is reduced include acne and eczema.

Regular exercise can also help to tone muscles, of course. However, it does not have a direct effect but firmer muscles definitely help you look better overall.

The Healthy Skin Exercises
For all, it has several benefits, however, exercise can pose risks to your skin. Fortunately, preventing your skin is easy.

The main risk of doing exercise outdoors is sun exposure. Sunburns increase the chance of skin cancer risk and rapidly age the skin, removing any benefits your skin might get from exercise. The best way is to avoid exercising outside during peak sun time, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you have to work during peak time, wear sunscreen.

Facial Yoga Exercises

What is facial yoga exercise?
Facial yoga is a form of facial exercise that is particularly done for improving the skin quality of your face. It is an ancient trick based on Ayurveda- releasing energy to naturally achieve better health and a great sense of well-being while looking radiant. Facial yoga works for your face what yoga does for your body. It relaxes, tones, and provides a natural boost to the skin, while simultaneously resetting your facial muscles. The concept is to stretch the 57 face and neck muscles to tone, firm, and increase circulation, for a youthful appearance.

How would it work and what are the benefits of this for your face?
When you indulge in a mindful Yoga session, the muscles in your body get firm. Likewise, when your facial muscles are put to use with face yoga, they feel toned and give the sensation of a natural facelift, if done regularly.

Kiss & Smile
Push the lips out as much as you can, as if you are about to kiss, and then smile broadly. Do at least 15 repetitions a day. This exercise acts on your cheeks and chins simultaneously.

Benefit: When you use these muscles often and in a specific way, it can enhance the downward drift to a youthful jawline and flushed cheeks.

Puff Your Cheeks
Inhale using the mouth and distend the breath from cheek to cheek, then release.

Benefit: These quick and easy movements will strengthen the cheek muscles and protect them from looking hollow. Do this exercise regularly for lifted and plump cheeks.
