Job Description:

  • Identifies and addresses data integrity issues through standard audit reports and support cases and performs necessary research utilizing delivered reporting tools
  • Performs administrator-level data corrections
  • Performs mass data updates utilizing standard tools
  • Monitors inbound interfaces for data errors
  • Identifies and documents trends and inconsistencies in order to provide input to further analysis and development
  • Works closely with appropriate internal and external support organizations on case escalations.
  • Ensures timely follow-up on outstanding cases and provides a high level of client services to all ADP associates.
  • Provides support to offshore teams on production and interface issues as needed.
  • Administers access management activities for administrative systems utilized globally by the Corporate Human Resources Department, including adding, changing, and deleting user accounts.
  • Maintains required documentation regarding all access management activities and interfaces with auditors as needed.
  • Ensures that all systems are available for use at all times by monitoring processes and escalating availability issues to the proper support group.
  • Administers the mechanism for making additions, changes, and deletions to application support tables for one or more administrative systems utilized globally by the Corporate Human Resources Department at the direction of domain experts.
  • Maintain documentation on all changes to application support tables.
  • Participates on project teams for the conversion of spin-offs and acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition to ADP.
  • Participates in HR/Payroll system enhancement / upgrade project implementations.
  • Acts as a testing resource on any technology change efforts for one or more administrative systems utilized globally by the Corporate Human Resources Department at the direction of domain experts.
  • Acts as subject matter expert on delivered reporting tools.
  • Respond to information requests that are out of scope for HR Analytics by providing basic instruction on how to retrieve information or fulfilling basic data requests directly, as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience with the administration of large-scale enterprise HRIS/Payroll systems, such as Enterprise HRMS.
