People & Business Partner

What you will do:

• Ensure best organizational practices are implemented perfectly and evaluate the impact on Employee Experience.
• Focusing on Employee Life-Cycle in the organization from Orientation, Development to Retention.
• Create a Positive Culture wherein employees are appreciated thereby creating a sense of belonging and empowerment.
• Creating proactive approaches in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being.
• Provide clear and effective counsel to Management on people related issues including Performance management, Employee relations and Organizational design.
• Responsible for developing and implementing employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements and service anniversaries.
• Create surveys to measure and assess employee feedback. Compile the results of the survey and present their recommendations to organizational management.
