Job Description
The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Workday and various external systems. This includes troubleshooting the issues reported by the HRIS/Business users. This position will closely work with HRIS and business users to understand the requirements and translate those into scalable integration solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday integration technologies, and analytical skills in fast-paced environment. Strong experience in Workday HCM.

• Working knowledge of the Workday integration tools including EIBs, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
• Rich experience in both outbound and inbound integrations.
• Knowledge of XML and XSLTs.
• Experience in developing custom APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Developer tools such as Studio, Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI, or its equivalent.
