• Potential candidates should have experience in working and implementing HRIS systems.
• Should have experience working with data.
• Should have hands-on experience with analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc
• Should have experience in handling HRIS systems for an organization
• Workday studio skills are an added advantage when they create complex integrations like payroll for a global team.
• Also ask if they have any Absence management configuration skills to create time off plans, absence accruals for APAC, EMEA countries
