First, you need to understand your current situation. I started with a weight of around 113 kg, and then began my fitness journey. So, first start by writing your current weight on a piece of paper or diary.

Also, measure your waist and biceps size beforehand. I didn't do it, but it always motivates at the end if you have an idea of how much further you have come.

Start with your diet.

Most people have a pretty good diet. If you are eating at home, then you are taking fruits, vegetables, rice, and bread, which can be chappati or refined flour breads.

You may also be having some snacks in between, like Ice Cream, Chocolates, Chips, Cold Drinks, or even Alcoholic Beverages.

What to Include?

I just want you to give me your 100% of determination. I want you to stay with me for a month. You have spent years eating and drinking stuff that you crave. Now, I just want you to focus for one single month to change your body composition.

I can understand that counting calories might not be possible, but do what I say, and don't go beyond or anything less than this.

  1. Breakfast: 4 Boiled Egg Whites + 40 gm or 1 scoop of Whey Protein mixed in 1 cup of milk
  2. Lunch: 4 Boiled Egg Whites + Vegetable or Non-Veg (whatever is made at your home) + Salad
  3. Dinner: 4 Boiled Egg Whites + Vegetable or Non-Veg (whatever is made at your home) + Salad
  4. Snacks: 1 Fruit + 2 cups tea without sugar (1 in morning and 1 in evening)

What to Exclude?

Now I have told you to eat the above items. Now you will have to understand what you cannot eat, and this part is really important because without this you might not be able to achieve your desired goals.

Avoid Below Items at any Cost.

So, you don't need to eat anything apart than what I have written in the include section of this article.

Important Note

One has to understand that the amount of protein and other items to be consumed depends upon what is the overall body weight, but here I am giving you a generic high-protein diet that can be customized as per your needs.

Also, to ensure that you are properly hydrated, drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water. This is very important for fat loss, because you lose fat when you drink more water. Keep a target of at least 10 glasses of water every single day.

Plus, you will also have to include fiber in your diet, with one or 2 bananas every day. Adjust these in your diet when you get time or when you feel hungry.

Hunger is basically Fat Leaving your Body

So don't be afraid if you feel hungry for a few days. It is normal, and I warn you that not giving up to your cravings for sweets and alcohol is one of the toughest tasks to do in this diet plan.

If you can do so, you will start seeing your finest 2 kgs dropping within the first week itself.
