Position: HR Data Analyst
Work Exp: 5 to 12 Years
Shift Timing: 8 PM to 5:30 AM IST
Location: Remote
Job Description:
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders, and accurate data entry and maintenance by utilizing several HR systems such as Success Factors.
- Experience in pattern and trend identification.
- Experience of data integration and data governance practices, and familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Experience in developing client-oriented solutions, with an emphasis on creativity and diligence.
- Experience in managing sensitive and confidential data.
- Experience with headcount capacity planning and/or HR Operations.
- Experience of working with US Stakeholders would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data analysis to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
