Job Description:
In this role, you will lead our dynamic sales efforts through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, direct sales, online platforms, cold calling, email marketing, and good expertise in the Outbound sales process, Lead Handling & Conversion You'll be responsible for orchestrating on-site/online client meetings, showcasing exceptional communication and convincing marketing skills. As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end strategy building, identifying target markets, and employing strong negotiation skills to secure successful deals.
- Showcase a track record of over 5+ years in sales management, demonstrating achievements and contributions to Business growth
- Possess expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms for effective lead conversion and client acquisition
- Good Communication Skills
- Lead direct sales efforts, including handling inbound/outbound and inquiries
- 90% lead handling & conversion role
- Implement strategies to convert leads into successful deals
- Identify and analyze target markets, ensuring a focused and effective approach
- Ensure seamless post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Demonstrate the capability to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Previous experience in leading successful sales teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective targets
- Familiarity with IT industry & services and the ability to adapt to market trends, ensuring a focused and effective sales approach.
