Job Description:
The HR Data and Analytics Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance organizational performance. This role requires a combination of analytical expertise, HR knowledge, and strategic thinking to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actions that optimize HR processes and initiatives. The HR Data and Analytics Manager collaborates closely with HR leadership, Business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the alignment of data strategies with organizational goals.

•  Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic HR decision-making.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key HR metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future HR needs and trends.
